What do you do to dress up your slim fast shake?
I have started drinking slim fast in the morning to stimulate my metabolisim. I use to skip breakfast and eat a big lunch. Now I have a shake and usually a small lunch like a salad or lean cuisene. Anyway! I was wondering if anyone had any tricks to make it taste better? I add ice and blend mine giving it that iced coffee drink appeal I was wondering if anyoen has tried adding coffee? To make it taste more like a frappicino? Any suggestions?
